What is Dunkin’ Donuts trying to say here?

This ad from Thailand seems a bit strange. Not sure about the ethnicity of the model, but some work has obviously been done to darken her face. The ad has been called “bizarre and racist”. Without a translation, I’m not sure what it’s actually saying.

Thoughts?
